Information We Collect

• Account details: your name, work email, company name and password when you create a Slotwyse AI account.
• Booking details: the names, email addresses and notes that invitees enter when they book time with you.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, and an approximate location based on your IP address.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider. Slotwyse AI never stores full card numbers.

• When you connect Google Calendar, Outlook or another calendar, Slotwyse AI reads event times and free or busy status to find open slots.
• Event titles, attendees and descriptions are only read when you turn on a feature that needs them, such as meeting preparation notes.
• You can disconnect a calendar at any time in Settings, and syncing stops right away.

• To run the service: show your availability, book meetings, and send confirmations and reminders.
• To improve Slotwyse AI, fix problems and keep the service secure.
• To send product updates and tips, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• We never sell your personal data.

• Slotwyse AI learns your scheduling habits, such as preferred meeting times and focus blocks, only inside your own workspace.
• Your calendar data and bookings are never used to train models for other customers or shared AI models.
• Workspace admins can turn off AI personalization in Settings at any time.

• With service providers that help us run Slotwyse AI (hosting, email delivery, payments and support), under contracts that protect your data.
• With your invitees, who see the booking details needed for the meeting.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

• We keep your account data for as long as your account is active.
• After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

• Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it, and every access is logged.
• No system is completely secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, tell us right away.

• GDPR: if you are in the EU, the UK or the EEA, you can access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, and object to how we process it.
• CCPA: if you live in California, you can ask what personal data we collect, ask us to delete it, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal data.
• We answer every request within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

• We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your settings and understand how the site is used. Read our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to manage them.

• Slotwyse AI is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

• We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
