Terms of Service

Acceptance of These Terms

• By creating an account or using Slotwyse AI, you agree to these terms. If you use Slotwyse AI for a company, you accept them on its behalf.
• If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Workspace admins control the members, roles and connected calendars of their team.

• Slotwyse AI offers Free, Pro and Team plans. Current prices and features are listed on the Pricing page.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. We give at least 30 days’ notice before any price change.

• Do not use Slotwyse AI to send spam, harass other people or break any law.
• Do not try to access other workspaces, test our systems for weaknesses or overload the service.
• Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer any part of the service.

• Slotwyse AI suggests meeting times, reschedules and reminders automatically. These suggestions may not always be accurate or suitable.
• Review important bookings before you confirm them. You remain responsible for the meetings you accept and schedule.

• The Slotwyse AI software, design and brand belong to Slotwyse AI and its licensors.
• You keep ownership of your content and calendar data. You give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the service.

• You can close your account at any time in Settings.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable.
• After your account closes, you can export your data for 30 days. After that it is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

• The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, Slotwyse AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed meetings or lost profits.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes are handled by the courts there, unless the consumer law of your country gives you other rights.

• We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and give you at least 30 days’ notice of important changes. If you keep using Slotwyse AI after that, you accept the new terms.
